BRANCH RULES AND CONDITIONS

Branch MatchDay Rules

1.)Tickets for games will be allocated according to the order in which they have been booked. There are members’ tickets available for each Premier League game, and if the booking is within our allocation from Old Trafford, members can assume they will have a ticket, provided a deposit has been received by the time scale specified in the Ticket Ordering Procedure. Members on the reserve list will be offered tickets if cancellations are made by members and/or season ticket holders.

TICKET ORDERING PROCEDURE

2.) Payments for tickets and coach fares must be made in cash. Cheques and credit cards will NOT be accepted. In normal circumstances payments will be taken on the coach on the way to the game. However, for certain designated matches deposits will be required in advance.

3.) Any Member being allocated a ticket through the Branch but not travelling on the coach, may be charged a £10 administration fee

4.) Any non-Branch member travelling with the Club will be charged a £5 "Day Membership" fee.

5.) Any Member who misses the coach is liable for both the cost of the ticket and the coach fare

6.) The Committee reserves the right to increase coach fares if/when the allocation of tickets is small.

7.) AFTER THE MATCH ---- the coach WILL LEAVE the coach park 20 MIN after the final whistle has sounded. It is each members's responsibility to insure that they are back on the coach within the timescale

8.)Following the members' vote in 2003, smoking is not allowed on the coach and there is to be no hot food either.

9.) Alcohol is not permitted on the coach under any circumstances. This is the law of the land and must be adhered to.

10.From 2008/2009, a Branch Charter will be available for any Member on request (Click on Link below)

CONSITUTION AND RULES M.U.S.C NORTH DEVON BRANCH

Membership of MUSC North Devon Branch reguires acceptance of the above Rules and Conditions. Any breach will almost certainly result in the committee cancelling a persons membership
